Our team reviews your profile as soon as you complete mandatory information. Please ensure that you complete all mandatory fields as soon


as you register. A complete and updated profile will also give you better search results and job recommendations.


How does the Jobs and Permits work for job seekers?


Registered Job Seekers can explore our database of job opportunities. Job Seekers can choose one or more of our Employer Access


services to apply for relevant jobs. You can also upload or add your CV details that can be searched by potential employers We advise job


seekers to complete their online CV profile so that they can be included in our website's Job Seeker Search.


What can I do so that multiple employers will contact me?


Ensure that you complete and update your online CV profile. You should also upload your CV in MSword or pdf format.


How do I apply for job posts?


You can click on the “Apply” button on the job description page. Alternatively - The contact details and email address that you can send your


CV to is at the end of the job advert post that you would like to apply for.


Can I upload more than one resume on Jobs and Permits?


Yes you have an option to upload upto 3 resumes on the portal. This way you can customise your resume to the job you are applying


I forgot my password, how can I reset it?


To reset your password click on the “Forgot Password” button on the Login page.


Type your email address that you used to create your user account and click on "Submit" Then follow the easy steps as the email explains.
